I have to reload pages every time I visit them.

If you are using Internet Explorer try the following:

  1. From the Tools, Internet Options dialog window click on the Settings... button under the Temporary Internet files section of the General tab.

  2. Choose "Automatically" for when to "Check for newer versions of stored pages.
