This publication discusses the importance of calibrating sprayers as well as different types of applications (broadcast, banded, and multiple nozzles per row) and how to adjust sprayer output (adjust speed, pressure, or change tips). An easy to follow procedure is included that walks readers through the process of calibrating their sprayer. This was created for row crop, fruit, and vegetable farmers. The agent wrote the publication based on the procedure they have taught in numerous workshops. The publication was finalized in early March 2020, therefore, distribution data is not yet available.
