To address identified needs of area horse owners to improve herd health management, extension held a series of workshops sponsored by the North Carolina Horse Council. Forty total participants attended the workshops. In order to provide more detailed take-home information for participants to reinforce the hands-on learning "Fecal Egg Sampling" workshop in the series, this fact sheet was developed and shared. It also continues to be shared during personal consultations with horse owners.
