The Florida 4-H Virtual Wildlife Outdoor Leadership focus (W.O.L.F.) https://sites.google.com/ufl.edu/4-h-w-o-l-f-camp/home program was introduced in 2020 to address the human dimension of natural resources. W.O.L.F.  incorporates many environmental components like wildlife and fisheries ecology. In addition, this allowed 4-H members the opportunity to learn and apply concepts about natural resource management in their own home during the pandemic. Participants learned how to identify wildlife and plant species, demonstrated knowledge of best management practices, and showed a greater understanding of natural resource management. A team of Agents created videos, adventure guides, survival techniques, art, and trivia games. These components were transferred to a Google template to provide this asynchronous opportunity virtually enabling adult supervision for the Participant. Over 300 4-H members participated in the program. 100% of the participants indicated they will consider their impact on the environment. Furthermore, the program spurred a beach cleanup day in Destin, Florida.
